Stephanie is an experienced litigator across a variety of practice areas. She undertakes trial and appellate work and has appeared at all levels in the New Zealand Courts as well as in a number of specialist tribunals.

Jared founded Plymouth Chambers in 2018.  He is an expert in complex litigation and appellate work.  He has represented some of New Zealand's largest organisations and has appeared as counsel in the Privy Council and Supreme Court of New Zealand on some of New Zealand's leading cases.  He regularly appears as counsel in the Court of Appeal and High Court.

Tania has been a tax specialist for over 15 years, including as a partner at a boutique tax law firm and for the Christchurch office of a national law firm. Tania now provides tax advice and assistance to law firms and directly to private clients. Tania advises on all areas of tax law, with particular expertise in property, closely-held enterprise, migration and trusts.

Grant is a senior member of the Christchurch bar respected for his quality advice across the relationship property, family and criminal jurisdictions. He has significant litigation experience across jurisdictions in the District and High Courts through to the Court of Appeal.

Michael is an experienced litigator who provides advice and advocacy in all areas of commercial and employment law. Michael also assists organisations in their interaction with Government and through the legislative process.

Grant Fletcher is a senior member of the Christchurch Bar. He worked as a prosecutor in the regulatory area, and has sucessfully prosecuted some of New Zealands most complex fisheries, bio-security and animal welfare cases. Grant is highly experienced in medico-legal and coronial matters

Hamish provides a comprehensive range of legal services to a large and varied client base including major national corporations, government agencies, local business interests and private clients. Hamish has had over 30 year experience as a litigator. He has extensive civil and criminal trial experience, having appeared as lead counsel in both High Court and Court of Appeal cases.

Tania is a senior family court lawyer with experience in all aspects of family law. She provides a professional, pragmatic and supportive service to clients at an undoubtedly stressful time.  While she is experienced and comfortable with court appearances, she always recommends trying to resolve matters as amicably as possible,  with her primary focus being the welfare of children.

Philip is a leading litigator and strategic advisor specialising in environment, planning and local government law. He has appeared as lead counsel in all of New Zealand's courts, including the Supreme Court. He has acted for some of the largest local authorities in New Zealand on contentious judicial review proceedings, as well as a number of large-scale urban land developers. Philip is also a sought-after decision maker.

Lucy works across a variety of practice areas with a focus on civil litigation. Lucy is experienced in both trial and appellate advocacy and has appeared in the Family Court, District Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, and specialist tribunals.
